We are very pleased to announce the return of the Blissfields Independent Film Festival – and this year we’ve teamed up with one of the biggest movie websites in the country, Den Of Geek.
Once again you can submit your short film to be screened at Blissfields this July – then judges will select their favourite to win Best In Show.
The judges this year are: Bee Adamic (Video producer) - Beth Walker (Founder, DocTent) - Chris Bell (Branchage / Shuffle Festival) -
Frazer Churchill (Visual Effects Supervisor, Scott Pilgrim and The World’s End) - Joel Ransom (Writer, The News) - Keir Mills (Promoter, Soundtracks)
- Nick C (Writer, MCM Buzz)
- Nicholas Burman (Music Supervisor, Record-Play) - Simon Brew (Editor, Den Of Geek) - Paul Hanford (Future Cinema / Secret Cinema) - Ray Panthaki (Producer / Actor, Kidulthood and 28 Days Later)
The competition is open to any budding film maker, director or producer, as long as you own the rights to your film, and it’s between 5 and 15 minutes long. It’s an unprecedented chance to get your work in front of industry experts, and our chance to support grass roots talent.
You can submit your work via the form below to be screened during the festival in the luxurious, specially built Electric Dreams Cinema.
