Sorry, we are unable to refund for lost or uneeded tickets.

You may be able to resell your tickets on www.scarletmist.com (free face value ticket-exchange service) or post message on the message board.

Please look after your tickets - we cannot replace them if they are lost, It would leave us too open to fraud.
